At Lux Garage Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your door or hardware does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized products in their original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely repackage the item in its original heavy-duty crate or box, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the oversized shipment from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
